Common questions
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $55 or more. Orders under $55 have a flat $6.25 shipping fee, shown in your cart before checkout.
When will my order ship?
Most physical items ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive tracking by email when your order ships.
How do I receive digital products?
Software, memberships and gift cards are emailed as codes to the address you provide at checkout. Check spam or promotions folders if you don't see it, then contact us.
What is your return policy?
Most unused physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Delivered digital codes and opened personal care items can't be returned. See the Return & Refund Policy for details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Call or email us as soon as possible.
